Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WIRED Wellness, each session is intentionally prepared, and time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, payments for sessions are generally non-refundable. That said, I understand life can be unpredictable—and I aim to approach each situation with grace and fairness within the terms of this policy.

Any exceptions are handled strictly within the terms described below.

Payment & Booking

Payment is due at the time of booking. Individual services are paid per session. Payment plans or installment options may be available for eligible services and will be presented at the time of booking. If a package or discounted service is offered, payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

Individual sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If a payment plan or installment option is used, canceling or missing an appointment does not automatically cancel any remaining payment obligations associated with the plan.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the session fee being retained. Rescheduling may be available at the discretion of WIRED Wellness.

WIRED Wellness understands that unexpected circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered based on the circumstances.
